Internal Marketing Campaign

About Project

One of the best ways to introduce a new requirement to an organization is using creativity and humor. As a member of a compliance team, I was commissioned to develop an internal marketing campaign that would introduce the new policies and procedures initiative to the entire organization. My delivery of this requirement was a short animated video that explained the story of a new hire’s challenges with having to adapt quickly to new procedures and responsibilities from a demanding boss. The story explains that this onboarding process could be seamless and painless if proper policies and procedures were in place for the new hire to follow. This final production and publication of this video would include a formal email campaign announcement and broadcast of the video in designated media rooms on each floor of the organization’s building.
